آبل تصلح خللًا في تطبيق المحادثة iMessage
ومنع التطبيق من إرسال واستقبال الرسائل عند سرقة أو بيع آيفون.
قامت “آبل” الشركة الأمريكية المتخصصة في صناعة الإلكترونيات
والبرمجيات، بإصلاح خلل في برتوكول خدمة التراسل الفوري iMessage كان يسمح
لأجهزة آيفون المسروقة أو المُباعة بالاستمرار في استقبال وإرسال رسائل
iMessage.
وكان قد اشتكى الكثير من مستخدمي تطبيق iMessage في هواتف آيفون، من
عدم القدرة على منع التطبيق في أجهزتهم المسروقة من الاستمرار في إرسال
واستقبال الرسائل حتى بعد تعطيل شريحة الاتصال SIM وتغيير كلمة المرور
الخاصة به.
لذا قامت آبل بإصدار تحديث لنظام التشغيل iOS 6 يتضمن إصلاحًا لهذا
الخلل في تطبيق iMessage، إذا قامت آبل باستخدام أنظمة الدفع لديها لإجبار
من يرغب باستخدام التطبيق على إدخال كلمة المرور المُخزنة فيه ليتمكن من
استخدامه مجددًا، عند قيام المستخدم الأصلي للحساب بتغيير بيانات حسابه في
آبل.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، وعند قيام المستخدم بوضع شريحة اتصال SIM تحمل نفس
رقمه الأصلي في هاتف جديد، أو مسح بيانات الهاتف المسروق بواسطة تطبيق Find
My iPhone، سيتم الآن تعطيل الهاتف فلا يستقبل تطبيق iMessage رسائل خاصة
بصاحب الهاتف.
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن مستخدمي تطبيق iMessage قد واجهوا أواخر الشهر
الماضي صعوبات مع التطبيق تمثلت في بطء الخدمة بالإضافة إلى فشل في إرسال
واستقبال الرسائل عبره، في أنحاء مختلفة حول العالم.
ويُذكر أن آبل قامت الأسبوع الماضي بإصدار النسخة التجريبية الثانية
من نظام التشغيل iOS والتي حملت الرقم 6.1 Beta، بعد أسبوعين من طرح الشركة
للنسخة الأولى. وتقدم هذه النسخة إصلاحات لبعض الأخطاء السابقة مع إضافة
بعض التحسينات.
